At the Deputy Sheriffs� Association Forum Ruff challenged the inverted pyramid-like administration and lack of will to proceed on a promised acquisition of the Camp Nimitz NTC Training center on Sheriff Kolender�s watch.

SICILIAN FESTIVAL 2009
Bruce meets and speaks with citizens and vendors at the annual Sicilian Festival in Little Italy. He addressed crowds of people in between the pasta eating contest and the 50�s DO WOP performances. Serious issues were discussed about the influence of the new tourism generated for the area as a result of having a new training center.
